A quick guide to getting your inventory online and selling faster at your next show. Already have an account? Log in to see the in-app feature guide.
Sign up and you get a vendor identity: a searchable digital storefront and a permanent QR code that never changes. Use it at every show.
From the dashboard, go to Inventory → Add item. Enter as much or as little detail as you like — title, player, set, price — and a storage location.
On paid plans you can import your whole catalog from a CSV file, so you don't have to enter items one at a time.
Drop each new item into the next open spot — any box, any bin. There's no need to alphabetize or categorize.
When you add an item, note its storage location (for example, "Box 14, Row 3"). The Card Suite remembers it so your team can retrieve it instantly.
The same storage works at home, in the warehouse, in transit, and at the booth. Your physical setup stays dense and fast to pack.
Your storefront lives at a permanent link. Customers browse and search your full available inventory from their phones.
Download your vendor QR code and display it at your booth. Customers scan it to open your storefront — no app to install.
Only available inventory appears to customers. Storage locations are visible to your team only, never to shoppers.
Shoppers search your storefront, see photos and pricing, and request the cards they want without touching your inventory.
The moment a customer requests an item, your staff sees its exact storage location — no searching, no guessing.
Mark items sold or update quantities in a tap, and the change reflects everywhere immediately.
Add team members so several people can search, sell, and retrieve at the same time without conflicts.
Managers have full access including deleting items and vendor settings. Staff can create, view, and update inventory but can't delete or change vendor settings.
